Network Only option

The ExxonMobil Medical Plan (EMMP) and Retiree Medical Plan (RMP) are made up of two components - a POS II option and a Network Only option. The benefits of each Plan option are described in individual Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs). The SPDs on this page are summaries of your benefits under the EMMP and RMP Network Only option. Aetna Select or Cigna Open Access Plus-In Network (OAPIN) Participant.

If you participate in the Aetna or Cigna option, your SPD is comprised of the following:

1. For the ExxonMobil Medical Plan, Aetna Select Benefits Information Booklet  or Cigna OAPIN Benefits Option Information Booklet, and for the Retiree Medical Plan, Aetna Select Benefits Information Booklet or Cigna OAPIN Benefits Option Information Booklet, a user’s guide highlighting plan participation rules that are governed by ExxonMobil Corporation and descriptions and highlights of Network Only provided health care services and provision including a Benefit Summary.
2. Network Only provider directory, a listing of physicians available in the network, obtained from the Network Only administrator (Aetna or Cigna).

The benefits information booklet for your Network Only Option is the same regardless of where you live. However, your provider directory may be different depending on your home address zip code.
