- Your Total Rewards portal
Ensure you have access today so you can make your elections when the enrollment window opens. If you have lost your password or phone PIN and cannot access the Your Total Rewards portal, it's important for you to call today to reset your password or phone PIN. Having a mobile phone number on file will expedite the password/ phone PIN reset process and you can get access immediately. If you don't have a mobile phone number on file, you will need to wait for a temporary password / phone PIN to be sent by mail. This may take up to a week to arrive.

To help ease this journey, we’ve partnered with MD Anderson Cancer Center to offer an exclusive, free-of-charge phone line and email. Through these, you can connect with an MD Anderson team member who can assist with the process—answering general questions about the appointment and referral process, and helping schedule a first appointment at one of their clinics.
As of January 2, 2026, this service is available for U.S. ExxonMobil employees, retirees, and their eligible family members enrolled in medical benefits of the ExxonMobil Health and Welfare Plan or the ExxonMobil Retiree Medical Plan.
