A Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) is a summary of material provisions of a health plan prepared in a uniform format and accompanied by a glossary of health coverage and medical terms, required as part of Health Care Reform. The purpose of SBCs is to provide individuals with standard information so they can compare medical plans as they make decisions about which plan to choose.

Note: Availability of Network Only options varies by geographic area.  In order to enroll in a Network Only option, an eligible employee, retiree, or survivor must live within the service area of the Network Only option.

Employees should access the ExxonMobil Intranet-based ZIP Code Search tool (goto/zipcode) to determine whether an Network Only option is available. Retirees and Survivors may call the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center at 1-800-682-2847.
