A Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) is a summary of material provisions of a health plan prepared in a uniform format and accompanied by a glossary of health coverage and medical terms, required as part of Health Care Reform. The purpose of SBCs is to provide individuals with standard information so they can compare medical plans as they make decisions about which plan to choose.

Participants with COBRA coverage should contact the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center at 1-833-776-9966.

Note: Availability of EPO (Network Only option) varies by geographic area.  In order to enroll in the EPO option, an eligible employee, retiree, or survivor must live within the service area of the EPO.

The Your Total Rewards portal will show you the available medical plan option/s based on your home zip code. If your home address has changed, make sure that you update your home address in Employee Direct Access (goto/eda).

This will then update the Your Total Rewards portal and refresh available medical plan options based on your updated home zip code (please allow for 2 business days for updates to be reflected). For questions, please contact a benefit representative at 833-776-9966.
