Employees are encouraged to seek medical attention from their Health Care Provider whenever they have an injury or illness that results in a disability absence. The Individual Disability Report (IDR) forms are used to provide information to the Company to support and assist employees in returning to work or ensuring they receive the appropriate disability benefits.
