During the past several years, the Gulf of Mexico has been an active place for ExxonMobil engineers, geoscientists, drillers and production personnel as they work to bring on new domestic oil and gas supplies to meet U.S. energy demand. The well is expected to add 70 to 80 million cubic feet a day of natural gas production.
